All bookings require a 50% deposit of the total service fee.
In case of cancellation, a 50% non-refundable fee of the deposit will be charged.

I, as the lessee, grant Elite Mobile Arcade the consent to record the event for commercial use.
I have the right to decline any recording for commercial purposes.
I understand that video recordings may be used for safety purposes and may be utilized in case of any incidents.
In the event of missing equipment or damages, I agree to resolve disputes fairly under applicable laws.
I have read and understood the waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
