ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL SERVICE. IF FOR ANY REASON ONE MAY NEED TO CANCEL, WE EXCEPT CANCELLATION WITH A 50% NONREFUNDABLE FEE OF THE DEPOSIT.

 

BY BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. I, as the leasor, grant Elite Mobile Arcade the consent to record the event in its entirety for commercial use.
2. I have the right to decline any recording from my lease of the Elite Mobile Arcade gaming bus to not be utilized for commercial usage.
3. I understand and agree that video recordings may be used for safety purposes and may be utilized against me in the case of any incident.
4. In the event of missing equipment or harm, I agree to resolve any disputes or claims fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.

I have read this waiver and understand its contents. I voluntarily and willingly sign this waiver, acknowledging my acceptance of its terms and conditions.
