Our Policy

Policies & Procedures

PAYMENT

To secure your requested event date/time, we require a valid credit or debit card. A 50% payment/deposit must be made, or the request may be subject to cancellation.

The remaining balance is due before the event or upon arrival.

All bookings require a 50% deposit. In the event of cancellation, a 50% nonrefundable fee will be applied.

Events canceled within 72 hours prior to the scheduled event will be fully refunded.

If necessary, we will make every effort to postpone/reschedule your event to another date without any penalty.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE

Our primary service area has a radius of 25 miles from FM 359 RICHMOND TX 77406. For parties outside this area, a travel surcharge will be added based on the distance.

TAX EXEMPTIONS

If your nonprofit organization has qualified for sales tax exemption with the Comptroller's office, you can claim a sales tax exemption by providing us with a properly completed Form 01-339, Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect on the site is used to make bookings with Elite Mobile Arcade as convenient as possible and to enhance your overall experience. Rest assured, we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

DAMAGE/INJURY

We want to clarify that we are not responsible for any accidents on our bus while we are on site. Additionally, Elite Mobile Arcade reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for any damages to the trailer or equipment caused by the client's guests through careless or willful actions. Elite Mobile Arcade and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. The sole responsibility for damages or injuries lies with the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK

You are welcome to bring food and drinks on the bus with 100% supervision from you, the customer. However, as a precautionary measure to protect the property, we recommend that children consume food and drinks outside of the bus.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

Alcohol is permitted at an EMA event or party; however, the use of drugs of any sort in or around the EMA equipment will not be tolerated. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the immediate termination of the party. We reserve the right to terminate any party if the use of alcohol is deemed excessive or unsafe.

TRAILER PARKING AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS

For a safe setup, we require a suitable and approved place to park our bus. A fairly level area of approximately 60 feet is needed. Please note that we will not travel on unpaved single-lane access roads or driveways due to safety concerns for our staff and equipment.

BY BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. As the leasor, I grant Elite Mobile Arcade consent to record the event in its entirety for commercial use.

  2. I have the right to decline any recording from my lease of the Elite Mobile Arcade gaming bus if it is to be used for commercial purposes.

  3. I understand and agree that video recordings may be used for safety purposes and may be utilized against me in the case of any incident.

  4. In the event of missing equipment or harm, I agree to resolve any disputes or claims fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.

  5. I have read this waiver, understand its contents, and willingly sign this waiver, acknowledging my acceptance of its terms and conditions.

Booking any party signifies your agreement with our policies.
